According to the [[TARDIS information system]], '''Andromeda''' was "the [[planet]] that form[ed] the [[Andromedan Phylox Series]]".  Its "central habitation" was [[Castrovalva]].  [[Nyssa]] told the newly-[[regenerated]] [[Fifth Doctor]] that it was "a small planet".
