Rename

I proposed this page's rename as a {{speedy rename}} because it is pretty standard that all valid stories, as well as all invalid stories that need to be, should be dabbed by their medium with their series or publication added only if further disambiguation is needed. This page is invalid, but disambiguation is required as there are many untitled stories Therefore, this page should have the "comic story" dab term. Moreover, further disambiguation is required here as there are many untitled comic stories and so the series titled, Nuke Noodle, should be added to the dab term, but that doesn't rule out the fact that the page should still have a "comic story" dab. Therefore, this page should be at Untitled (Nuke Noodle comic story). See T:DAB STORY. Bongo50 11:34, 30 May 2022 (UTC)

In fact, its actually more standard to dab by publication, so it could very well be argued that this page should be at Untitled (The Dandy 3600 comic story). Bongo50 11:36, 30 May 2022 (UTC)
I'm actually not sure if we've been using publication dabs as a matter of course, or only when there's no series name to work with. We'll have to look into more precedents.
Are there any other untitled DWU-related comic stories published in The Dandy, by the way? That is, do we need the magazine issue for disambiguation? Or as future proofing, if you think there will likely be more discovered?
× SOTO (//)
The Dandy is no longer published regularly with only yearly annuals (which I feel are highly unlikely to contain anything Doctor Who related) being released. That being said, I would be surprised if there wasn't at least one other strip with Doctor Who elements in it in another issue of The Dandy. Whether that would be a Nuke Noodle strip or not, I don't know.
My primary concern is just that this page should have "comic strip" in its dab term. As long as that happens, I'm impartial as to whether the page is further disambiguated by publication or series. Bongo50 10:42, 10 June 2022 (UTC)
I forgot to mention but, as far as I know, strips in The Dandy only recieve series titles, not individual story titles. Therefore, any other The Dandy strips we end up making pages for would also be untitled. Bongo50 10:45, 10 June 2022 (UTC)

Licensing

Although I like the idea of this being licensed, do we have strong reason to believe this was the case? Cookieboy 2005 10:53, 6 January 2024 (UTC)

Cover of The Dandy #3600.
Looking at the cover, it would be quite bold for them to advertise it so prominently there if it's unlicensed, but still, if the issue actually says it's licensed, that would be more solid than speculation. Cookieboy 2005 12:18, 28 January 2024 (UTC)
