Spectrum Top Security File No. CZ6PA was a Captain Scarlet comic story printed in TV Century 21 in 1969.
It featured as one of its settings Unity City, first introduced in The Daleks story Duel of the Daleks, thus constituting a crossover with the Doctor Who universe.
