i was looking around other posts and i noticed that the thing about the tardis piece well i could be a way of tricking the doc into trying to get more evidence by going in agein then geting absorbed but just be trying to scare the docter and also the cracks mostly apper by the tardis or a area where the doc has stayed such as vod behind the tardis cb in front of the tardis fas it forms where the doc was siting at the same time due to the ripping like noise also the silence falling could be when people are taken by the crack they are not there to make noise so it goes quiet also if you think anyone who is more complicated than the doc write it down i say davros

There are two types of cracks. The one which erases people, and one which goes to worlds.

The one which erases people is the one on the tardis screen, as that goes into the time vortex.

The one which goes to worlds is the keyhole one, as that reaches out to the outside of the tardis

When the doctor reached into the Cold Blood crack, he was reaching through the keyhole crack into the outside of the tardis. That's why he ended up with part of the tardis door sign.

I think that is probably the most likely suggestion.

What do you think of these possible theories?

Extroadinary?

A Joke?

Cool?

By the way, notice that was shaped like a drill. LOL
