Rosemary was a fortune teller and a friend of Barbara Wright. She read Ian Chesterton's palm and found that his lifeline was shattered across time and space. She warned him that he would be going on a long, perilous journey, but Ian refused to believe her.
She told Ian that he would meet with a woman who had a package, and that if he took the package, he would seal his fate. Ian became angry with her and didn't want to pay her.
