Wong Kei-Ying

Wong Kei-Ying was a healer and martial arts teacher at Po Chi Lam in 1865. He was one of the Ten Tigers. He was also the father of Wong Fei-Hung, who worked with him at Po Chi Lam.

In 1865, Kei-Ying gave refuge to the Ian Chesterton, the First Doctor, Barbara Wright and Vicki Pallister after Ian was attacked in the Hidden Panda. He later joined forces with the Doctor to defeat Qin Shi Huang, who had been resurrected and possessed by an alien entity. (PROSE: The Eleventh Tiger)
