Jenny Laird (13 February 1912-31 October 2001[1]) played Neska in the Doctor Who television story Planet of the Spiders.

She trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA), which, until 1965, gave out an annual Jenny Laird Prize for acting.
