In 1981, Sarah Jane Smith was driving a light blue Metro Politan with the registration OKR 591W; it was a convertible. It could be driven with the soft top roof up or down. It could fit K9 Mark III on the back seat. (TV: A Girl's Best Friend)

Behind the scenes[[edit] | [edit source]]

While the vehicle initially appears to be a Austin Metro cabriolet, it is however a much rarer modified Metro; a Crayford Metro Politan.[1]
