The Star Poet that visited Sarah Jane Smith at her house on 13 Bannerman Road originally came from the planet Arcateen V. (TV: Invasion of the Bane)

According to the non-narrative source The Torchwood Archives, Arcateen V was one of six civilised planets in the Arcan system. It was home to more artistic Arcateenians than Arcateen IV and most of the population were artists, singers and poets who travelled the galaxy spreading their talent.
