Henry was a Puerto Rican who lived in New York City in 1888.
He had a son, Joseph, with his wife Rosalita, but she left him because he was violent toward her and Joseph, leaving their apartment to make a new life with Joseph. Once the Great White Hurricane began on 11 March 1888, Rosalita slipped and hurt her leg, so she left her son with her neighbours. Henry arrived later and took their son.
Rosalita, Ian Chesterton and Barbara Wright eventually tracked Henry to a broken down train and managed to convince Henry to let his son go back to Rosalita. Rosalita thanked Ian and Barbara for their help, before returning home and planning to make amends with Henry for the sake of their son. (AUDIO: The Great White Hurricane)
