Kanteer was a Castellan. When he tracked the War Doctor's TARDIS coming back to Gallifrey, he had it transducted to the Situation's Room. He used the De-mat Gun against the Enigma. He later told Ollistra that the Enigma had gone and there was no nearby Dalek activity. (AUDIO: The Enigma Dimension)
