Jarad was a Coordinator of the Celestial Intervention Agency during the Last Great Time War. He was concerned about the methods the Technomancers used to resurrect their people, not liking their technology. He told the War Doctor about their plans. (AUDIO: Legion of the Lost)
He wanted to go back to Gallifrey rather than go on a mission with Solex, Ollistra and the Doctor. He was later attacked by a space worm and killed. (AUDIO: A Thing of Guile)
