A bronze Command Dalek commanded a Dalek saucer which pursued the Aristotle during the Good Dalek Incident. When the Aristotle was discovered, it ordered a force of boarding Daleks dispatched. The saucer eventually received a signal to retreat from the Aristotle, indicating that the ship had self-destructed; this message was in fact a deception from the "Good Dalek", who had repelled the boarders. (TV: Into the Dalek)

After returning to the command saucer, Rusty managed to destroy it, being left adrift in its wreckage. (PROSE: Dalek: The Astounding Untold History of the Greatest Enemies of the Universe)

Behind the scenes[[edit] | [edit source]]

This Dalek is identified in the script for Into the Dalek. Originally, Rusty was planned to self-destruct and destroy the Dalek ship. This ending can be seen in an early black and white version of the episode, which leaked online before the original episode's release.
