* Fluctuating chronon wave - a devastating wave which expels a lot of energy over a short range, over a short period of time. The effect of accelerating time so rapidly, is to give off enormous heat that ages to death and burns anything in its immediate range. Fortunately the wave is soon dispersed. A fluctuating chronon wave was encapsulated in a briefcase and was planted on Vyga 3 by the [[Black Guardian]] in an attempt to stop the Doctor in his quest to recover the [[Key to Time]]. The wave device was powerful enough to register with the tracer device given to the Doctor in order to locate the various segments.
