The Earth Colony Support Vessel Hannibal (Ref: ECSV 346/6/J) was a spaceship.
The Hannibal was four hundred meters high and eight hundred metres long. Unattractive yet functional, it served as a representation of the Federation's power in the frontier regions, operating for decades on its own. It was covered with sensors and weaponry.
In 2539, the captain was Major Jonn Cartor. The ship was sent to Axista Four to prepare it for refugees from the Daleks. (PROSE: The Colony of Lies)
