A Cyber-Warship was a large type of spaceship, or Cyber-ship, used by the Cybermen.

In the mid-20th century, the Cybermen of Mondas made use of saucer-shaped Cyber-Warships equipped with Cyber-shuttle. (COMIC: The Good Soldier)
Thousands of the warships made up the Cyber-Force's Cyber-Fleet. The entire was destroyed in 1988 by the Nemesis statue. (TV: Silver Nemesis)
A Cyber-Warship was in orbit of Nomicae in the 54th century. (COMIC: The Bidding War)
