Haven was an orbital city that could house on Earth's orbit millions of people from India.
It was the brainchild of the Scindia family. Haven was scheduled to become fully operational in 2314 under the commander Sonam Scindia.
An informercial about Haven described it as "the spatial city designed to ease the overpopulation crisis" by providing "lives free of poverty and environmental chaos" to millions of people.
Future denizens of Haven were transported to it by a fleet of starships in what was ambitiously termed "the exodus". (COMIC: The Swords of Kali)
