The City was a settlement on an unnamed planet. It was governed by the Elders.
Geography[[edit] | [edit source]]
The City was aesthetically pleasing, full of arches and columns and built of light, delicate stone. It was surrounded by scrubland and cut off from the outside world by a great wall and a synthetic sky with an artifical sun, (PROSE: The Savages) as well as artificially created weather including wind and rain.
