A rights executive is someone tasked with negotiating for the rights to use certain content. It is a credit only used during series 1 of Doctor Who. It is presumed that James Dundas was specially credited for his key role in the tricky negotiations required to secure rights to the Daleks from the estate of Terry Nation.
