The Model Unit was credited for miniature effects in The Day of the Doctor, The Time of the Doctor and Thin Ice.

Lucas FX also provided miniature effects for The Runaway Bride; they were credited as model unit.

Peter Tyler served as model unit DOP on The Parting of the Ways, and Mike Tucker received credit as model unit supervisor throughout series 1 and 2.
