Lindsey Alford worked in the script department on Doctor Who. She began as a script editor on several episodes from series 3 to series 5, as well as for the Torchwood television story Adrift, the first series of The Sarah Jane Adventures, and the video games City of the Daleks and Blood of the Cybermen. She then served as script executive for series 6, returning from Last Christmas to The Doctor Falls, and for series 1 of Class
