Ven-Garr was one of the harvest rangers found on a planet in 5345. He had mother issues.
Ven-Garr, Droxil, and Billis caught Madge Arwell in the forest, and Ven-Garr unsuccessfully scanned her for weapons. When Droxil tried to interrogate her, she started crying, upsetting Ven-Garr as well (due to his "mother issues").
