The Monster Files: The Cybermats (also known as Monster File: The Cybermats) was an exclusive documentary produced by the Doctor Who Confidential team included as a bonus feature on the Closing Time DVD.

Exclusive Bonus Feature The Monster Files: The Cybermats The unwelcome return of one of The Doctor's oldest enemies, only this time, a brand new design and more fearsome than ever! Follow the re-invention of The Cybermats from the workshop to the studios.
