While it's true that Candy Jar does not have rights to the Doctor, the Doctor never actually appears, and is only mentioned by name three times. I understand if this still invalidates the story, but by that logic shouldn't [[Mean Streets (novel)]] (references the Daleks), [[And Not a Drop to Drink (short story)]] (references TARDISes) [[Slouching Towards Det-Sen (short story)]] (references the Doctor by name), [[Ashes of the Inferno (short story)]] (references the Doctor by name), etc., also be not valid? | |||
