Once the workers had finished building it, they were liquidised and fed to the new Daleks. In [[2021]], [[Leo Rugazzi]], possessed by the clone, visited the facility, coming across [[Captain Jack Harkness]] and [[Yasmin Khan]], sent by the Doctor to investigate, before he was killed by the Dalek. Osaka

Osaka was a coastal city in Japan. The River Dojima and the River Okawa both ran through the city.
