Kopyion Liall a Mahajetsu was a Gallifreyan general in the thousand year war against the Yssgaroth. Following the end of the war, he and two surviving soldiers returned to Gallifrey and discovered Rassilon had risen to power and abolished religion in favour of science.
Kopyion Liall a Mahajetsu guarded the final opening of the Yssgaroth's universe that was located in the Seven Planets system.
