Digger (Companion)

Digger was a robot dog made by Yarah de Silva's father for his daughter using components from Positron Incorporated. He was made from Rigidium. Digger was programmed to protect Yarah from any accident. When she fell over a rose bush, Digger pulled all the flowers out of the garden so that a similar incident would not occur. When Yarah's father concreted over the garden, Yarah slipped on the concrete and cut her leg. Unable to dig through the concrete, Digger travelled to Positron Incorporated in order to use the weapons there to eliminate any threat posed to Yarah, namely the whole planet. The Eighth Doctor intervened and used a logic loop to destroy Digger. (PROSE: Companion)
