Kate Webster was a fictional character in Summer Falls. A Spoonhead, sent to capture Clara Oswald, who was familiar with the character, took her form. (TV: The Bells of Saint John)
In the story itself, Kate wanted to make the most of the week, but then had an adventure she didn't know would happen. She saw a painting called The Lord of Winter in a charity shop and found out it was actually a puzzle. With help of two people, she wanted to solve it. (PROSE: Summer Falls)
