Josh Snares created and narrated the documentary The Making-Of Mission to the Unknown.
Personal life[[edit] | [edit source]]
A non-binary person, Josh uses they/them pronouns.[1]
They maintain a YouTube channel where they release independently-made documentaries on the Doctor Who universe, such as a series of documentaries on missing episodes.
Fan projects[[edit] | [edit source]]
They also created reconstructions of missing episodes and one instance of a "pseudo-reconstruction" of a nonexistent William Hartnell episode, created by recombining telesnaps with newly-recorded audio where Snares voiced the First Doctor, under the title of The Core of Destruction; however, these various productions were unlicensed and are therefore not covered on this Wiki, much like Loose Cannon Productions' works.
Notably, in 2022, Snares released a full animation of the Big Finish Productions Doctor Who audio story Out of Time story on YouTube. To avoid copyright infringement, the soundtrack was not included; instead, fans were invited to download the Out of Time audio legally and sync it up with Snares's visuals themselves. Although not technically official, Snares's animation was notably promoted by Big Finish on Twitter.[2]
