Finetime was an isolated city where rich children of the Homeworld lived lives of party constantly connected to their Dots. It was surrounded by the Wild Woods, on a planet separate from the Homeworld.
It was inside a protective dome, with strong enough security that the Doctor's TARDIS couldn't land there. (TV: Dot and Bubble [+]Loading...["Dot and Bubble (TV story)"])
