You may be looking for the in-universe painting.

My Mysterious Doctor was a painted illustration released as an art print by QMx in 2011. The art print was a direct copy of the actual painting used in The Impossible Astronaut.

Summary

The Eleventh Doctor, wearing a crown and a red drape, weilding a trident and surrounded by nude women and flying cherubs, is the focus of a painting, titled My Mysterious Doctor.

Notes

  • The art print, taken from the actual painting and resized, was sold in 18" wide × 24" high dimensions and printed on 100-lb, satin-finish paper.
