Paper bag

A paper bag was an item that could be used as a container.

The Fourth Doctor often used a paper bag to offer jelly babies. (TV: The Sun Makers[additional sources needed]) Later, the Thirteenth Doctor also used a paper bag when she offered Ryan Sinclair a humbug. (TV: Ascension of the Cybermen)
