Chandra Scindia was the patriarch of the Scindia family. He worshipped Kali.
In 1825, he was the Governor of Madhya Province and the Master of Thuggee. At the time he secretly worked to undermine the British influence.
In 2314, he was the head of Scindia-Corp. He paid Mumbai police to raid the apartment of Tiger Maratha.
