*[[Barry Gray]] composed this theme song to the [[Century 21 Productions]] show of the same name. Century 21's music label issued this song on a record that also included a version of the [[Doctor Who theme]].
*[[Dennis Spooner]] wrote for two episodes of the series and [[Alan Fennell]] wrote for eleven.
*[[David Graham]] voiced the character Lt. 90.
*When the comic appeared in [[TV Comic]], it was written by Fennell with art by [[Neville Main]]. Later rights to publish comics were transferred to [[TV Century 21]]. Faux news-blurbs printed on the last panel of each page of ''[[The Dalek Chronicles]]'' were often connected to the Firebird XL5 comic and remained intact on some of [[Marvel Comics]]' reprints.
