Although Pretty Lies was the first mention of the exact title of "Dalek Taskforce Commander", the unique Dalek Task Force featured in The Dalek Task Force (from the 1965 Dalek annual The Dalek World) was led by a Dalek Task Leader.
The Dalek Handbook describes the Dalek saucer commander as a "taskforce leader".
