Command units were Skaro's most advanced computers, which were used onboard Dalek flying saucers, being located in the Battle Command Room of the saucer.
They were connected to all the instruments aboard the ship while also receiving sub-etheric messages from Skaro, and were one of the greatest advantages the Daleks possessed over other species when it came to space battles. (PROSE: Inside a Skaro Saucer)
