Brarshak was an Ogron ambassador who took part in diplomatic negotiations with the Draconians and Sontarans. These were set up by the Tenth Doctor to repair the damage the Third Doctor had caused the Ogron economy. Upon first discovering the Doctor's identity, Brarshak attacked him until restrained by the Draconian and Sontaran who were prisoners in the same cell. (COMIC: Fugitive)
