In an alternative timeline, Cassandra was a Vampire and visionary who served Lord Prydon. Like the other Gallifreyan Vampires, she was one of Prydon’s honorary children.
After Cassandra foresaw the future that would come to pass if the Vampires were destroyed, she helped Leela kill Prydon by stabbing him through one of his hearts. (AUDIO: Annihilation [+]Loading...["Annihilation (audio story)"])

In the primary timeline, there had also been a Cassandra during the foundation Time Lord society — a prophetess and assistant to the Great Mother of the Sisterhood of Karn.
