The Soarers were transport machines used on Mechanistria. Soarers were flying machines used by the Korads, though they looked more like small boats in shape. They had handling tentacles which could lift up to ten tons.
When the First Doctor first came to Mechanistria, he was saved from a Grukker by Korads on a soarer. He and Drako later escaped Mechanstria on a soarer. (PROSE: Peril in Mechanistria [+]Loading...["Peril in Mechanistria (short story)"])
