Dr. Reeves was a physician at Devil's End in the 1970s.

Dr. Reeves examined Jim after he died in the church courtyard. He told Miss Olive Hawthorne that Jim had died of a heart attack, but Miss Hawthorne insisted he had died of fright.
The Third Doctor was brought to Dr. Reeves after he was frozen at the Devil's Hump; the physician was amazed the Doctor had survived the temperature reduction, while Professor Gilbert Horner had not.
