Matthew Bedser was a member of the british army.
In July 2012, Matthew Bedser was part of a target run, and disappared completely for 20 seconds, somehow loosing the nuclear bomb he was carrying in the process. In reality, he had been sent to Avalon and back by Constantine King (manipulated by Gandar and Cavis), and dispatched the bomb to the ground of the Downs, later picked up by Margwyn.
Later, Constantine King retook control of Bedser's mind, made him steal the nuclear bomb back from Mab's castle, and fly up to the Unseelie Court in order to blow it up, and break the dream-reality the sleeping Constantine was preserving , but he was stopped at the last second , and returned to celtic airspace.
