Celia, or "Twickers" (a conflation of "Old Tweed Knickers") as she was known, was the secretary for Brendon Public School in the 1990s.
Biography[[edit] | [edit source]]
Celia became concerned about the Brigadier's health when he slept continuously for three days.
Later, when the Brigadier was nearly run down by a black Porsche with dark-tinted windows, Celia used her trusty cream Triumph Herald to drive the Porsche off the road straight into a tree. However, the car's mysterious driver — possibly Captain Douglas Cavendish, possibly not — escaped. (PROSE: Downtime [+]Loading...["Downtime (novelisation)"])
Behind the scenes[[edit] | [edit source]]
- Marc Platt's novelisation of Downtime does not identify Celia with a surname.
