SEGA

SEGA was a manufacturer of game consoles that was in operation by 2608. Jason Kane owned one of their consoles. (PROSE: The Two Jasons [+]Loading...["The Two Jasons (novel)"])

Behind the scenes[[edit]]

  • SEGA manufactured the Mega Drive, the console for which an untitled Doctor Who video game was reportedly being developed in the 1990s, which ultimately went unproduced.
  • Their flagship franchise is Sonic the Hedgehog, which officially crossed over with the DWU in LEGO Dimensions [+]Loading...["LEGO Dimensions (video game)"].
  • They acquired Three Rings, the developer of Worlds in Time [+]Loading...["Worlds in Time (video game)"], in 2011.
  • In the real world, SEGA ceased manufacturing consoles in 2001, with The Two Jasons [+]Loading...["The Two Jasons (novel)"] suggesting they either never stopped, had returned to doing so at some point, or that Jason simply owned a vintage console.
