The two of them tried to have K1 kill the Fourth Doctor and retreated from UNIT to a bunker, taking Harry Sullivan as a hostage.

As Miss Winters used the destructor codes, Jellicoe ordered K1 to fight off UNIT with the disintegrator gun and was knocked out by Harry as he held Kettlewell at gunpoint. John Benton got him and Miss Winters out of the bunker (TV: Robot [+]Loading...["Robot (TV story)"]) and the pair were arrested. By 2002, when Miss Winters was released, Jellicoe had died in prison. He had sadistic tendencies which only came out after he gained a taste of power. (PROSE: Doctor Who and the Giant Robot [+]Loading...["Doctor Who and the Giant Robot (novelisation)"])
