Lin Futu was a Chinese mandarin during the Futu dynasty, circa 1769 BC. (PROSE: The Universal Databank [+]Loading...["The Universal Databank (reference book)"])

Lin and other Chinese people were abducted by Monarch on his third visit to Earth and converted into androids.
Lin Futu was promised that he would rule over Asia once the planet had been conquered. After the Fifth Doctor convinced him that Monarch was lying in 1981, he agreed to help convince Villagra and Kurkutji of the truth. Afterwards, the androids decided to look for another planet on which to settle. (TV: Four to Doomsday)

Lin Futu was tall and had a round, cheerful face. He had a trimmed moustache and wore his hair in a topknot as was traditional for a mandarin. (PROSE: Four to Doomsday)
