A parallel universe was the third which was explored by Rose Tyler in her search for the Tenth Doctor in N-Space. Originally from N-Space herself, Rose was sent to this universe from Pete's World via the dimension cannon, accompanied by the eponymous Pete Tyler of Pete's World.
This universe's Pete Tyler was the founder of SoulTech, the company behind the soul machines (AUDIO: Ghost Machines [+]Loading...["Ghost Machines (audio story)"])
