On 12 November 1990, Tim Berners-Lee published his proposal for a "WorldWideWeb", which he envisioned as a less evil version of WOTAN's plan. (PROSE: Time Traveller's Diary)

By 2600, the Galaxy Wide Web was the World Wide Web's intergalactic equivalent. (PROSE: The Dead Men Diaries)
