Iollas

Iollas was a priest of Apollo who was involved in Antipater's plot to install Seleucus as the King of Macedon.

In 323 BC, Iollas arrived in Babylon along with Alexander the Great's army. He encountered the First Doctor and his companions, who had recently materialised in the city, whereupon he prophesied that four tragedies would strike in the coming weeks. This was part of Antipater's plot to murder Alexander and his three heirs. Iollas attempted to blame the Doctor and his companions for the murder of Hephaestion, however Alexander executed Iollas for his part in the conspiracy.
