You may wish to consult Oracle (disambiguation) for other, similarly-named pages.

Oracle was a computer system that the Forge used for security and as a way of accessing information. It was created from the "finest xenotech to ever wash up on planet Earth". (PROSE: Project: Wildthyme) Oracle had at least some sentience, and disobeyed orders to save its own "skin" in letting the Seventh Doctor and Hex enter a restricted area. (AUDIO: Project: Destiny)

It was interacted with through talking. It couldn't distinguish between between real and mimic voiceprints. (AUDIO: Project: Lazarus)

It was similar to System, another semi-sentient computer program with a female voice that was created by the Forge. (AUDIO: The Harvest)
