The Timeless Library was the first scenario in Doctor Who: The Role Playing Game Starter Set, being the start of a three story starter campaign which formed the set.

- Zemra is a Silurian, Kor-Dor is a Judoon, Megrol-Koi-Ker is a Lugal-Irra-Kush, Sekris is a Skithra, and Wiley is a Leonian.
- Artefacts inside the Library include a modified translation sphere, a vial of Balhoonian bodily fluid, the Tivolian Flag of Surrender, the Tethyspike, and the Sisters of Plenitude's Swathe of Plentitude.
